Samuel S. Lawrence Enjoys Exciting Day at Mountasia

KENNESAW, GA - Go carts, miniature golf, video games, and bumper boats: those are the attractions at the Mountasia Fun Park adjacent to Town Center Mall in Kennesaw. The members of Samuel S. Lawrence Chapter took part in all of them on a hot Saturday afternoon, August 11. In an effort to kick off his term with another fun activity, Master Councilor Jake Somers proposed that the chapter enjoy a day of fun at Mountasia. The chapter members voted enthusiastically not only to attend, but to use chapter funds to pay for a portion of the event for all the members who attended. Following the activities at Mountasia, the guys went to advisor Jim Bard's home where they enjoyed the neighborhood pool, had a cookout, and watched movies.
