Ware County DeMolay Club Flashes into Existence
WAYCROSS, GA - In the early morning of Saturday September 22, 25 DeMolays,
Parents, Advisors, and Candidates converged on Waycross at Frank C.
Folks Lodge to participate in a momentous event: the forming of a new
DeMolay Club is Georgia. State Master Councilor Richard Eells and Executive
Officer's Steering Committee Member Dad Ed Roden, as well as 3 other
State Officers worked with members from Don R. Roberts Chapter to initiate seven
new members into this new club. With talk of an additional seven prospects,
the Ware County Club is just a few blinks away from the 15 members needed to
receive letters temporary and being able to call themselves a DeMolay
Chapter. With excitement at an all-time high, Dad Frank Stevens held an
official DeMolay Advisor Development workshop and trained nine new adults as
advisors. Eells said, "The future sure looks bright for the new members
of Waycross, and I am excited about the explosive growth on the horizon for
this new Club!"
