State Officers Travel to Rome to Gauge Interest in New Chapter

ROME, GA - On February 12, State Senior Councilor Todd Stovall and State Senior Deacon Peter Bard accompanied Dad Jim Bard on a trip to Oostanaula Lodge in Rome to talk with the Lodge members about starting a DeMolay Chapter in the city. Peter Bard performed the Ceremony of Light after which Todd Stovall spoke about his experiences in DeMolay. Following the presentations the floor was opened for questions. A lively question and answer session followed. There were members from many of the Rome-area lodges in attendance, as well as three potential DeMolays. This marks the third time this year that Brothers Stovall and Bard have made such a presentation.
