Conclave 2008 to be Held at University of West Georgia

CONYERS, GA - At the latest meeting of the Executive Officer's Steering Committe, the site for Georgia DeMolay's annual convention was named. The Georgia DeMolay Conclave 2008 will be held at the State University of West Georgia in Carrollton the weekend of July 24-27. Early Bird registration will begin on Thursday, July 24 with the Business Session beginning Friday Morning. Registration is now available and package costs vary from $65 to $175. Georgia Conclaves from 1987 to 1992 were held at West Georgia College. West Georgia College received University status in 1996 and changed its name to the State University of West Georgia. Since then it has dropped the State and is now know as, The University of West Georgia.

The Townsend Performing Arts Center will host the Friday events.
