DeMolays Assist at Columbus Shrine Circus
COLUMBUS, GA - Several members of the Associated DeMolay Chapters of Georgia were on hand to assist the Columbus and Fort Benning Shrine Club with their
45th Annual Shrine Circus which was held at the Columbus Civic Center on September 19-20. Over ten thousand spectators attended the four show spectacular. This
is the 22nd year in a row that the circus was brought to Columbus by Serge Coronos and his family. It was anticipated to raise approximately $25,000 for the
Shriner's Hospitals. Those helping out from Georgia DeMolay were Michael Benedetti, State Master Councilor; Donny Robertson, State Senior Councilor; Jacob Somers,
State Junior Councilor; Miss Becky Palm, State Sweetheart; Laura Stone, Mountain Park Chapter Sweetheart Court and Peachtree City Chapter Master Councilor Chad Greer.
They had a great time selling "Cracker Jacks" in the stands.
