Conclave
affords an opportunity to hear speakers from the various organizations that are
supportive of DeMolay's goals.

Kathleen Hamrick, Grand Worthy Advisory of Rainbow for Girls,
pledged her support.

Ray White, Grand Royal Patron, Order of Amaranth, presented
outgoing State Master Councilor, Derrick Honea, with a $1,000 scholarship.

Laura Ann Livingston, Worthy Associate Grand Matron of the Order
of Eastern Star, is escorted back to her seat by Adam Fowler, State Marshal,
after extending her congratulation to the newly elected officers.

Bro. Carpenter, Worthy Associate Grand Patron of the Order of
Eastern Star, gave some words of praise and said he was looking forward to
DeMolays someday joining his Order.

SMC Honea also received an Honorarium from Bill Miles,
the Most Excellent Grand High Priest of Royal Arch Masons.

Continuing to show their financial support for DeMolay, Reuben
Martinez, Most Illustrious Grand Master of the Council of Royal and Select Masters, also
presents SMC Honea with an Honorarium.

Derrick gives his farewell speech during which he thanked many
people who were special to him and acknowledged those who had supported him
during his term. He pointed out that DeMolay had changed the course of his life,
made him some wonderful friends and set him on a new and better path to success.

The International Master Councilor of the Order of DeMolay,
Jason Polonsky of Massachusetts, related how he had enjoyed the Southern
Hospitality and could tell that wonderful things where happening in Georgia. He
said he was going to spread to other states the success story of DeMolay in
Georgia.

Dad Andre Lovas presented Jeremy Bush, Rhett Coleman, Adam Roof
and Derrick Honea each with a $500 DeMolay Foundation Scholarship.

Gary Lemmons, Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Georgia,
F&AM, gave a stirring speech in which he outlined his program for the youth
organizations of DeMolay and Rainbow. DeMolay is especially indebted to this
Grand Master, who started the Grand Master's Millennium Club to support DeMolay
and Rainbow. Each Mason that is a member of the Club pays $20 per year with
half going to DeMolay and half going to Rainbow. The Grand Master, presented Dad
Bohn with a check for $6,000 representing collections from this program!

Adam Carter was given a special award by Grand Lodge for his
accomplishments since becoming a member of DeMolay. Derrick Honea was named DeMolay of the Year.
