Time to get down to DeMolay business and make plans for the
2003/2004 year.

Mike Riley rolls up his sleeves and gets the discussion on
fraternal relations going. The members assign great importance to maintaining a
strong relationship with their sponsoring body.
International Master Councilor Peter Brusoe and South Carolina
State Master Councilor Paul Jones listen intently for ideas to take back to
their jurisdictions.

Chris Eells has been intensely focused on membership and leads
the discussion on this important topic. His home chapter led the state in the
preceding year in membership growth, and he is eager to share their
membership ideas with the other chapters.

The business of DeMolay can sometimes be hard work, but the
rewards are great. Each new member brings the potential of a new friend and a
new leader for the organization.

"Great idea, dude!" Alex really likes the point Julius
Moody is making about the planned education and development programs.

Michael Griggers tosses in an idea on education. It is through
the exchange of ideas like this that the young men help set their goals and mold
the organization into something that has meaning for them.

James O'Neal adds his comments to the proceedings. DeMolay is
unique in that it is run by the young men and these meetings are an excellent
example of how they get their business done.
