Conclave 2007 PhotosPhoto Album Credits Back to Event Index Page | Next Page The weekend of July 26-29, the Associated DeMolay Chapters of Georgia met for the annual Conclave. On Thursday, DeMolays from across the state gathered at Six Flags Over Georgia. After this adventurous and exhausting day of fun, it was time to get down to business at Southern Polytechnic University in Marietta. This year's theme was "Passing the Torch to the Next Generation."
Friday morning's open session begins with the 2006-2007 State Officers being introduced with the song "Eye of the Tiger" playing in the background.
State Master Councilor Geoff Bard along with State Senior Deacon Peter Bard open the session with the lighting the candles that represent the Seven Cardinal Virtues of DeMolay.
The Associated DeMolay Chapters of Georgia is proud to welcome the newest Chapter to the Association: Peachtree City Chapter! Master Councilor Mike Benedetti and Chapter Sweetheart Khrystle Rader present the Chapter's banner at its first Conclave as a fully instituted Chapter.
Spirit Cheers are a fun part of Conclave weekend. Each Chapter gets to show how much spirit it has. Dad Bohn starts off the spirit chants by doing a solo for the advisors.
Middle Georgia Chapter presents their rendition of "We're Off to See the Wizard!"
Is that the Backstreet Boys? No! It is Columbus Chapter!
Peachtree City Chapter dedicates its Spirit Cheer to what makes the chapter unique- TWINS!
