Holiday Formal 2001 PhotosSanta Claus is coming to town! The gifts keep on coming. Everyone wants to show the officers and sweethearts how special they are by given them a token for the holidays.
Here they are! The Chapter Sweethearts from all across Georgia line up to receive a special gift from the State Sweetheart Coordinator, Mom Nobles.
"Three ... two ... one!" The crowd does a countdown to see whether Dad Bohn or Dad Riley could open their gift first. Dad Riley wins, hands down.
"We have been acting prim and proper long enough. Girls just want to have fun!" The Chapter Sweethearts clown around for the camera.
Now you can see why so many people want to be State Master Councilor. The perks of the job are wonderful!
Step back and clear the dance floor for Mountain Park Chapter Sweetheart, Cason and DeMolay member Ritchie.
"On your mark, get set, do the Electric Slide!"
Dawn is wonderful with children and gets down on their level to dance with them where they can enjoy the Holiday Formal too. She is truly a Sweetheart and so is her pretty dance partner.
Hey, State Junior Councilor, Chris Eells, made it to the dance floor! Keep it up, Chris. Being a good dancer is a prerequisite for stepping up the DeMolay line.
Teamwork is clearly evident at the Holiday Formal. Actually close group dancing is very difficult, but these DeMolays and Rainbows have mastered the technique.
At the end of the evening, Mike Riley, with the assistance of his sister and Middle Georgia Chapter Sweetheart, Francesca, was still trying on head ornaments. It looks like he has found his look and for those that don't like it, he gives a clear message! A great time was had by everyone at the Holiday Formal.
